You may use this website to learn about ACM Interiors, browse services and ideas, and submit genuine enquiries. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious files, scrape the site at abusive scale or use the site for unlawful activity.
Information is not a quotation or contract
Website content, price guides, timelines, material descriptions and examples are general information. They are not a binding quotation, design approval, specification, professional certification or promise that a particular solution is suitable for a site.
A project begins only when scope, price, programme, responsibilities and commercial terms are confirmed in a separate written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
Project enquiries and uploaded files
You confirm that information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to share uploaded plans, photographs, BOQs and other documents.
Submitting an enquiry does not oblige ACM to accept a project, reserve capacity, provide free design work or meet a proposed deadline.
Intellectual property
The ACM name, website design, written content, graphics, diagrams and original materials are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal project evaluation, but may not republish, sell, copy or adapt substantial content without written permission.
Designs, drawings, specifications and proposals supplied during a project remain subject to the intellectual-property and usage terms stated in the relevant proposal or agreement.
Images, products and availability
Images and design directions communicate style, material character and possible applications. Final colour, grain, scale, hardware, dimensions and performance depend on approved samples, technical details, site conditions and supplier availability.
Products and materials may be changed, discontinued or substituted only through the applicable project approval process.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to maps, social networks, suppliers or other external services. ACM does not control their availability, security or content, and use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every page is free of error. To the extent permitted by law, ACM is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from use of general website information.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Sri Lanka may determine disputes relating to these terms.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use after publication means the current terms apply.
